MAINTENANCE AND HOME CARE

Quam Properties Hawaii provides comprehensive maintenance and property management services, available 7 days a week, for our Maui Vacation Rental Property Management. We also have a dedicated in-house housekeeping team that handles everything from thorough check-out cleans to quick tidying before guest arrivals. Regular monthly maintenance checks and home care are services we consistently offer and recommend to our clients.

PERSONALIZED SERVICE

Every property holds its own charm and deserves special care. That's why we craft a unique plan for each homeowner, outlining how we maintain and cherish their home or condo. Whether it's arranging a warm welcome with car service upon arrival or taking care of the electric bill, we handle it all with dedication. We treat every owner like our 'Ohana (Family), genuinely caring for their property as if it were our own.

AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY / 7 DAYS A WEEK

Maui Property Management Long Term Rentals: Committed to servicing our guests and clients anytime and anyday of the week. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-Noon for any other days and times of the week we have an emergency phone that is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

SUPERIOR CLEANING AND MAID SERVICE

With a full in house housekeeping department and warehouse. We offer competitive rates and have a staff available 6 days a week and during high season 7 days a week. Offering check-in cleaning, check-out cleaning, tidy up, monthly or weekly cleaning of private homes any and all services to fit your needs.

SHOPPING AND HOME SET-UP

Taking away the stress and complication of shopping for groceries when you arrive is one of the services that our owners favor the most. Our guests and clients can send us their shopping list a few days prior to arrival and we can have all there desired groceries stocked in the unit ready and waiting for them to arrive. For a small nominal fee many guests value this service greatly!

BILL PAYING

A small but valued service that we offer. We have a full time office manager and bookkeeper on our team and they are highly qualified to handle all financials for all of our owners. Many of our owners new and old prefer to have us take care of their bill paying.

AUTOMOBILE CARE

Quam Properties Hawaii often will drop off an owner's vehicle to the airport so the owner need not to worry about finding transportation to there home or condo. We can do as little or as much as any owner would like? Weekly car washing, getting registration and safety inspections, transporting of vehicles. This is a great service that we offer to all our clients and guests!

DAILY INSPECTIONS

A daily inspection of each of our vacation rentals and properties that we manage is a general service that we offer. If the unit or home is not occupied by a guest it is checked on daily to make sure the property is in good shape and condition.
