This direct Ocean Front 2 bedroom Kapalua Bay Villa is very nicely upgraded. Just steps away from 2 world class beaches, tennis courts and pool. Central air conditioning, free high speed wireless internet and unlimited long distance calling to U.S. and Canada. Bedding is 1 Cal King, 2 Twins or 1 King in 2nd suite. 1450 sq ft Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $325.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates. 

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
